Welcome to Muizenberg Fit Camp where we offer health and fitness coaching service which offers you an opportunity to improve your health and fitness levels and goals,

We offer a variety of group workout's that specialize in getting your full body workout in with each session.

Each Session is adjusted to welcome all levels of fitness.

The aim of the Fit Camp is to lose that excess body fat, workout together as a group and to simply have fun while we workout!

PRICING:
Evening Sessions x4 times a week - R350 per month 
Drop in Sessions - R50 per drop in
